Our Partner Portal allows you to download the rates you are being charged by Microtalk, set the rates you want to charge your customers (which you can then send to your customers) and upload those rates back in to the Microtalk platform.
Once you have loaded the rates you want to charge your customers in to the Microtalk platform it will generate real-time Call Detail Records (CDRs) and Service Detail Records (e.g. monthly PBX line rental charge) for your customers. Your customers can view these on-line in the Customer Portal, you can view these on-line in the Partner Portal and you can download them for billing purposes.
Real-time CDRs and SDRs on all services allow you to manage pre-pay or post-pay credit limits to protect your business and your customers from bad debt, hacking and fraud. This is an extremely valuable facility for any Partner.
Multiple pre-defined Partner Reports are available and can be enabled through the partner Portal. These are generated overnight and delivered by email before business hours every morning. These enable all aspects of your customers' activity to be monitored.
